Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") before accessing to, and registering on the Impala Hub website (“Website”) and Impala AI application (“Application”). Please also consult our Privacy Policy for a description of our privacy practices which are incorporated into these Terms.
Your access to and use of the Website and the Application is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all who access or use the Website and the Application (“Users”).
By accessing or using the Website and the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms then you may not access the Website and the Application.
Impala Hub Eligibility
The Website and the Application are for use by Users who agreed to the Terms.
To access and use the Website and the Application, you agree that: (1) You are a User of a duly registered organization not engaged in illegal activity; and (2) you are not already restricted by us from accessing and using the Website and the Application.
Submitting false information, including information of non-existent or illegal organizations, is a violation of our Terms.
Application
The Application allows you to search companies, their products and other related information (“Information”). The Application uses artificial intelligence technology developed and provided by a third party OpenAI LLC (“OpenAI”).
Any input may, depending on the type of API, be used by OpenAI for model training and improvement. OpenAI grants opt-out rights available here: https://help.openai.com/en/articles/5722486-how-your-data-is-used-to-improve-model-performance. The inputs may be shared with and manually reviewed by a person, including by third party contractors located around the world. Therefore, the User shall not use or provide any information that is sensitive or that should not be viewed by others, including personal data. Impala Hub has no control over the use of the input, thus, any use of such is at the User’s own risk and Impala Hub does not represent, undertake or warrant to any security or control of or to the input.
Any use or reliance on any input you provided or Information obtained through the Application is at your own risk. We do not endorse, support, represent or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any Information obtained through the Application.

Links to Other Websites
The Website and the Application may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us.
We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the Information, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such Information, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services.

You agree that we will provide notices and messages to you through the contact information you provided us (e.g. email).
Updating our Terms
We work constantly to improve the quality of the Website and user experience on the Application for Users. As a result, we may need to update these Terms and change the Application, including shift from OpenAI to another application, to reflect our practices.
We will notify you by email at least 30 days before we make changes to these Terms and give you an opportunity to review them before they go into effect, unless changes are required by law. Once any updated Terms are in effect, you will be bound by them if you continue to use Impala AI.
Registration suspension or termination
If we determine that you have clearly, seriously or repeatedly breached our Terms or Policies, we may disable your access to and/or disable your data from the Application.
If you believe we have disabled your access by mistake please contact us on yuji@impalahub.com or alexey@impalahub.com.
If you deleted your profile or we disable your access, these Terms shall terminate as an agreement between you and us.
Limits on liability
We work hard to provide the best experience we can and to specify clear Terms for Users. Impala AI, however, are provided "as is", and we make no guarantees that they will always be secure or error-free or, that they will function without disruptions, delays or imperfections, including the reasons caused by the third parties (e.g. OpenAI, a server etc.). To the extent permitted by law, we also DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Disputes
We try to provide clear rules so that we can limit or hopefully avoid disputes between you and us. If a dispute does arise, however, it's useful to know up front where it can be resolved and what laws will apply.
The laws of the country in which you reside will apply to any claim, cause of action or dispute that you have against us that arises out of or relates to these Terms or the Website and the Application, and you may resolve your claim in any competent court in that country that has jurisdiction over the claim. You agree that you submit to the personal jurisdiction of either of these courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim, and that the laws of France will govern these Terms and any claim, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
